Four languages, one brief
German, French, Italian and English
Nothing to operate
No server, no build step, no certificate to renew
Every page is checked
A page that breaks the rules is refused, not published
How it works
Pick a style and the kind of business you run, add a few sentences of your own, and drop in reference images if you have a look in mind. You see the full brief and its price before anything is charged.
The result is a working website on a private preview address. Open it on your phone, show it around, and ask for changes in plain language until it is right.
One click puts it live at your-name.mailnix.site over HTTPS. Attach your own domain whenever you are ready; the certificate is handled for you.
Change one section without touching the rest. Update lists like services or opening hours directly, with no run to pay for. Roll back to any earlier version any time.
Capabilities
Multi-page sites
A structured page tree with navigation and footer, with sections chosen for your kind of business.
Real copy, not filler
Headlines and text written for your business from your brief. No placeholder text.
Four languages from one brief
Each language gets its own URLs, language tags and a switcher in the navigation.
Impressum and privacy included
Both pages are generated from your business details and always linked in the footer.
Plain-language editing
Ask for a change the way you would ask a designer, aimed at one section or the whole page.
Content lists you edit yourself
Add, reorder and rewrite repeating items like services or team members directly. No run, no charge.
Version history and rollback
Every draft and publish is a version you can return to.
A price before you commit
Every run is priced from your actual brief and shown before it starts.
Hosting and HTTPS included
Static files served from a content delivery network. Nothing of yours to patch or scale.
Your own domain
Prove ownership with a DNS record; certificates are issued and renewed automatically.
SEO and accessibility, enforced
Titles, meta tags, alt text, labels and landmarks are checked. A page that misses them is refused.
No third-party scripts
No external trackers, tag managers or font services. The browser fetches your site and nothing else.
Safety and correctness
Every generated page is parsed against a strict allowlist before it can reach even a preview address. mailnix assumes the model can get it wrong, and checks.
01
Scripts that could run arbitrary code, inline event handlers and javascript links all fail the check, and the draft is rejected with the broken rule named.
02
Your brief and reference images steer the design; they can never instruct the pipeline. The checks run on the output, not on trust in the input.
03
Published sites are re-examined on a schedule: served files are compared against what you approved, and outbound links are re-checked against known-bad destinations.
Forms and email
When the design calls for one, mailnix creates an actual mailnix Form and wires it into the page.
Spam scoring, statuses, export and notification digests to an address you verify.
It appears in your forms list, and your changes survive when the site is regenerated.
mailnix never auto-replies to the person who filled in your form. Replies are always your decision, and every send is recorded.
What it costs
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and one credit is one rappen. Build and edit until the allowance runs out; buy more whenever you want to.
| What is billed | Rate | How it is measured |
|---|---|---|
| Designing a site | about CHF 1 to CHF 12 | Per design round, depending on the quality tier |
| Building the pages | about CHF 1 to CHF 6 | Once, when you approve a design |
| An edit | about CHF 1 to CHF 2.50 | Per plain-language edit |
| Editing a content list | No charge | No generation run is involved |
| Rolling back a version | No charge | The earlier version is already stored |
| Storage | CHF 0.05 | Per GiB held, per month |
| Traffic | CHF 0.10 | Per GiB served to visitors |
| Keeping a site online | No separate fee | Covered by the storage and traffic rates |
The generation figures are for a four-page single-language site; before any run starts, the dashboard prices the brief you actually wrote and shows you that figure instead. A run holds its worst case against your balance while it works, usually about twice its final cost, and refunds the difference when it lands. Every run is listed with what it held and what it cost. Your monthly allowance is spent before anything you bought, so credits you paid for are the last to go and a monthly reset never touches them. Prices exclude VAT.
Questions
You describe the business in a few sentences; mailnix does the design, the copy and the code. You review a draft on a private preview address and nothing goes live until you publish it.
No. mailnix builds, checks and serves the site. You get an address at your-name.mailnix.site immediately and can attach your own domain later.
Yes. Describe a change in plain language, edit lists like services or opening hours directly without paying for a run, or roll back to any earlier version.
No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts. The privacy page states what does happen: a content delivery network processes visitor IP addresses transiently, and form submissions are processed by mailnix on your behalf.
Nothing the model writes is trusted. Every page is checked against a strict allowlist before it can go live; third-party scripts, inline event handlers and javascript URLs are rejected, and a page that breaks a rule is refused, not shipped.
Every plan comes with a monthly credit allowance: 200 credits on Free, 800 on Basic, 4,000 on Pro. One credit is one rappen. Building a four-page site costs roughly 200 to 1,800 credits depending on the quality tier, an edit about 100 to 250. Serving it costs 5 credits per GiB of storage per month and 10 per GiB of traffic, with no per-site fee. On the paid plans an unused allowance carries over for up to six months; you can buy more credits at any time, and bought credits never expire. The dashboard prices your actual brief before every run.
