About mailnix

The email layer that stops fighting your code.

mailnix is built by LIMERION GmbH, an independent infrastructure team based in Liechtenstein. We run on German data centres, ship under EU law, and write code that treats AI agents as first-class clients alongside human developers.

    Why we exist

Transactional email is a solved problem; the integration around it isn't.

SES, Postmark, Resend, SendGrid: the providers are excellent. The pain is everything around them: a different API to learn, a credentials paste, another suppression list, another bounce webhook to verify, another "why didn't this email arrive" investigation across logs you can't pivot on.

mailnix sits one layer above. One API in front of every provider, one trace ID per message that survives a provider swap, one suppression list, one MCP server your AI assistants can call directly. We built it because we were tired of building the same plumbing for every project.

    Principles

What we will and won't do.

    01

    No vendor lock-in

Everything we manage on your behalf has an export. Suppression list, traces, templates; all available as CSV/JSON. Trace IDs survive a provider swap so your historical records don't disappear when you migrate.

    02

    EU data residency, default

German data centres. EU-only processing unless you explicitly opt in to another region. DSAR right-to-erasure is one API call.

    03

    AI agents are real users

The MCP server is not an afterthought. It's the same surface as REST, with verb-noun tool names tuned for tool-routers, anonymous bootstrap so an agent can act before its user has signed up, and reveal URLs so secrets don't sit in chat history.

    The company

    LIMERION GmbH · Liechtenstein

Founded in 2025. Independent, customer-funded, no VCs. We answer to the people paying for the product. If something breaks, you talk to a person who can fix it; not a ticket queue.
