mailnix Forms

    Forms without a backend.

Design a contact, booking, signup, or application form; publish it as a hosted page on forms.mailnix.ch or embed it in your site; read submissions in an inbox with spam scoring, statuses, and CSV export. No backend code, no separate database.

    01

A designer that covers real forms

Field validation, conditional logic rules, themes on every tier, a 12-column layout grid, image fields, and a multi-step stepper for longer forms. Edit from the dashboard or let your AI assistant do it over MCP.

    02

Hosted page, iframe, or script embed

Every tier gets a hosted page and an iframe embed. Paid plans add the script embed (stable .mnx-* CSS classes and design-token custom properties, frozen within a major version) and removal of the mailnix badge.

    03

A submissions inbox, not a mail pile

Submissions land in an inbox with spam scoring, statuses (new / replied / archived), CSV export, per-form retention windows, and hourly or daily notification digests to addresses you verify.

    04

    Replies are always yours

mailnix never auto-emails the person who filled in your form. There is no autoresponder. A reply or confirmation is a deliberate per-submission action by you, from the dashboard or via MCP, with every send recorded in an audit ledger.

    05

    File uploads with virus scanning

Paid plans accept file fields. Uploads are virus-scanned before you can download them, stored in EU object storage (1 GiB on Basic, 5 GiB on Pro), and served via signed URLs.

    06

    Built for AI agents too

14 form_* MCP tools cover the whole lifecycle: form_create, form_publish, form_embed_snippet_generate, form_submission_wait (a blocking long-poll for test loops), and a guarded form_reply_send that always drafts for your review first.
