    Sub-project per tenant

    Each child gets its own destinations, traces, sandbox messages, virtual inboxes. Hierarchy is one level (no nested sub-of-sub).

    Set a send-cap override per sub-project. Null reverts to org-default. Parent dashboard shows aggregate counters across all children.

    Every mutation in a sub-project lands in the parent's org-scoped audit log with actor-kind classification and full target detail.
